Zero 2 Three Plus

The Zero 2 Three Plus Mentoring Program is an ongoing support program for small business and entrepreneurs in our service area.

Specifically the program combines existing resources, educational opportunities and local business expertise to help small business and entrepreneurs from the "start-up" phase through their third year "Zero 2 Three". The Plus offers the same serives to small business beyond their third year.
